"I was hoping to find more variety, but..."
I was hoping to find more variety, but the product range felt limited. There just wasn’t much to choose from, which was a bit disappointing

"Refund and reprint process was a mess"
My first reaction was that this was handled badly. The whole refund and reprint situation just felt like a lot of messing around, and I came away feeling really frustrated.

"Didn’t feel very professional to me"
I didn’t have a great experience with them. From my side, the whole thing felt unprofessional — replies took a while, the tone came across a bit rude at times, and after I’d paid, it felt like the level of care really dropped off. I ended up having to chase for basic updates more than once, which was frustrating. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me, it was disappointing

"A Decent Print Shop With a Little Suspense"
I’ve used this local print shop a few times when I needed quick prints, and most of the time everything has gone smoothly enough. But one order did turn into a bit of a waiting game, since it was later than they told me it would be. Not exactly a disaster, but definitely not ideal when you’re watching the clock. The staff were nice, though, which helped. I’d probably use them again, just not if I was in a serious rush

"Not much help when my order went wrong"
I had an issue with my print order and tried to get it sorted, but the whole thing was just frustrating. Replies took ages, and it felt like nobody was that bothered about fixing it. Whoever runs this really needs to sort out their support, because I just ended up wasting my time and still wasn’t happy with the result. I wouldn’t use them again

"Delivery was late and updates were unclear"
The order just didn’t arrive when I expected it to, and the updates weren’t very clear either. I had to chase it more than once, which was... yeah, annoying. I needed the print for a specific date, so the delay really threw everything off

"Nice prints, and they caught the little stuff"
I was happy with how everything turned out. They even noticed some tiny layout issues before printing, which I probly would’ve missed, so that was really helpful. Prints looked good overall

The actual print quality turned out fine in the end, so no complaints there. The stressful part was the communication. I messaged a couple of times to check on my order, and each reply took longer than I expected, which made it hard to know if everything was still on track.
From my experience, this is probably okay if you’re not in a rush and don’t mind waiting for updates. But if you need something printed quickly or you like knowing what’s happening along the way, the slow responses can get frustrating. I might use them again, but only when I have plenty of time.

"Uploading my file was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I was just trying to upload my artwork for a print order, and the whole process ended up being way more annoying than expected. The page kept freezing or hanging, and I couldn’t tell if my file had gone through or if nothing happened at all.
I had to try a few times, and even after that I still wasn’t fully sure the right file was attached. It’s not even about the few extra minutes, it’s more that something this basic should feel clear and reliable when you’re just trying to place an order.

"Felt cheap right away"
I was disappointed when it arrived because the print was on this really thin flimsy paper and the colors were already rubbing off a bit and the whole thing just felt cheap, so yeah I’m not happy with it.

"Disappointed with the final order"
In the end, I was frustrated with how this turned out. The order arrived with details that didn’t match what I had sent over, and since I needed it by a specific date, it caused a lot of hassle. I tried to get it sorted, but the solution offered didn’t really make up for the mistake. For a print job, I expected much better accuracy.

I ordered prints because the site made it sound like they’d be done fast, so I figured it was safe. Nope. They took way longer than I expected, and I kept having to reach out just to get updates. Even then, the answers weren’t very clear. By the time the prints finally showed up, the event I needed them for had already passed, which was super annoying. The quality wasn’t terrible, but the turnaround time really put me off.

I had a hard time using the site on my phone. Some pages took forever to load, the menus felt kind of confusing, and I couldn’t easily find the pricing or figure out where to upload my info. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up. Not the Smoothest mobile experience

"Print quality wasn’t quite what I hoped for"
Maybe I’m being a bit picky, and I probably should’ve checked the details more carefully before ordering, but the print quality wasn’t great. The colours looked a little dull, and a few of the edges came out blurry. For the price, I was expecting it to look sharper.

"My prints arrived in a really thin envelope..."
My prints arrived in a really thin envelope with barely any protection. The corners were bent, and the box was all bashed up by the time it got here. Maybe a print itself would’ve been fine otherwise, but the packaging was just not enough. Annoying when you’ve paid for the item and expect it to arrive in decent shape.

"Decent, but I expected a little more"
It’s okay overall, but I felt like it was a bit pricey for what I got. The quality isn’t bad or anything, just not something that made me think, “yeah, totally worth it.” I used it after making coffee this morning and kind of kept noticing the little details, and it just didn’t feel as premium as the price made me expect

"Same order, different results every time"
I ordered the same prints a few times, and somehow the colors and finish kept coming out different each time. Super helpful when you're expecting repeat orders to actually match, right? It got really annoying, and I won’t be using them again.
